Atheros pcmcia cards w/ external jacks

I've been hunting around for the following card:

Atheros (AR5212 or AR5211) based A/B/G pcmcia card w/ good receive 
sensitivity, and an external antenna jack.

Does anyone make such a beast?

If not, what cards can be modded w/ ease to support a pigtail?
