Help needed with Netgear NR40B wireless router (revised)

Here's the details: The LAN is xxx.xxx.214.32 with a netmask of 255.255.255.240 (a /28). I'm connecting to a radio link with an IP of yyy.yyy.212.243 with a netmask of 255.255.255.128 and a gateway of yyy.yyy.212.129. The ISP has given me a WAN address for the router of xxx.xxx.212.244. I've set up the router's LAN address as xxx.xxx.214.33 and the WAN as xxx.xxx.212.244 netmask 255.255.255.128 and GW xxx.xxx.214.243. I can ping the .33 address from the LAN but not the .244 or anything beyond. Once this is going I can enable the wireless interface and dole out some IPs along with handling static IPs on the LAN. It has to be something simple. I can set up a machine on the LAN with the .244 address and .243 as the GW and everything seems fine so I think routes are in place with the ISP.
