On the other hand, I don't have a current issue with my 701WG. 

I am still thinking there's a more recent hardware rev that has better RF
shielding.  Apparently the higher speeds task the modem more so than the old
"megabit" service.  According to someone at Actiontec there are newer boxes
that aren't so sensitive to interference generated on the DSL circuit.  Or
something like that.

But no locks, reboots or anything like that.
