Internet Cafe Splash pages?

GReetings: I am looking for sources and recommendations for "Splash Screen" providers to Internet Cafes. I know an Internet Cafe wannabe and I know there are providers who provide splash screens that when a user wants to access the Cafe's WiFi Internet connection, the Cafe's screen comes up with advertising, etc. and then you log-in. Anyone have an opinion/recommendations of some of the products like, WiFi By Day, Boingo, ZyXel, Sputnik, others? Anyone, wish to refer someone who provides a local turn-key installation and administration, e.g. install antennas, routers, server, maintain, administer and provide 4 or 5 9's?
