Lantronix has been around for ages. They were one of the firs, if not the first, to sell a network print server. I have one of these sitting on my desk just waiting for me to test it. The quality is good. I just bought six of the encrypting version: http://www.lantronix.com/device-networking/external-device-servers/securebox-sds1100.html I haven't played with them yet, but I don't expect any problems.
