We have purchased some 1000 CB3s for customer equipment and have only had about 1-2% die so far. When they die for good, all lights just stay lit or none come on at all. Blinking is generally a good sign. It is also very easy to bend the ethernet pins, so possibly you just lost ethernet connectivity. On one version of the CB3, when you change it to an AP from a client bridge, it will change its default IP to 192.168.1.2. Even if you reset it. This may be why it stopped responding. Their support does blow, they are expensive and dont support WPA - but they do connect to a a metro WiFi network through just about anything. I hope you can either get them working, or the place you got them has a lenient return policy. I bought a bunch on eBay not knowing I would have to rely on the reseller for any returns / warranty replacements, and ended up with a stack of useless APs. Good luck.
