RE: Motion to move HackNight to Wednesdays - Effective next week

Thanks for your input Mike.  This email was intended to stir up a little
discussion regarding the matter of "HackNight" and its original intent.
It came off a little more rude than I originally intended, but I think
it got the point across.  It sounds like people do like the hybrid
format...

Certainly, excluding certain people from these gatherings and not others
would be a serious flaw of this task oriented format...and it would
definitely not be something everyone would like to convey.

Matt did list some great bullet points for SWN this year.  While its
optional, I suggest that we try to focus on some of these items while we
are all together -- its really the only way we can be productive as a
group and drive SWN to new places this year.
