Hello from Gregg C Levine Unless your the paranoid type or furtive, or even suspicious type then yes. Besides in most cases the Feds do not go out and rent a van from the usual rental agencies unless they are trying desperately to fit in. It might be a group on a wardriving expedition for example. I suggest you report it to your local citizen's watch group, and the local police.
