Thanks. I see there's some very helpful instructions for use of your 
Live CD here:

But I'm unclear what one would do after step 10.

"If you know what you are doing latest.gz

is the hd image required for manual robinx install via the linux command
dd:-
gunzip -c latest.gz | dd of=/dev/<hd_of_you_choice>   "

(As someone who doesn't know what I'm doing) once I was using your live 
CD and connected to the Metrix/Soekris device (that much I could do), 
how would I get the latest.gz file for Robix on to it?
