It was in Enumclaw, and that SWN site was decommissioned years ago.    
The entire fall of the seattle-enumclaw-tacoma "link" is a pathetic  
story that I didnt bother publishing.

Nowdays, 802.11 timing and ACK's are a lot more configurable, not to  
mention there is probably enough money for decent hardware.  But we  
didn't really have either in late 2002/2003, so we did what we could.

If you have any questions, i would be a good contact for it.  But  
others might be curious, so keep it on the list if that is okay.
