Re: How to setup a Welcome splash screen

You can setup a Mikrotik HotSpot authenticator to do what you want.  The 
software is free-to-use for up to four simultaneous HotSpot Guests.  You 
can read how to set up a system at:

Follow the directions EXACTLY and you should have a hotspot 
controller/authenticator up and running in a few hours.  Do it EXACTLY 
as described FIRST.  After you get it working and understand things a 
bit better,  AND save the basic configuration!  THEN experiment.
