Did you try to put the cgiirc URLs in the DontCache section of your 
wwwoffle config file?

If that doesn't work, have a look at your browser proxy settings. There 
should be an option to disable the proxy for some hosts / domains. But 
then you will disable WWWOFFLE for other URLs of that host / domain as 
well.
