I guess it's not strictly wwwoffle related.
Perhaps someone is so kind to give me a hint nonetheless ?

Whenever i open several pages of europa.eu.int/scadplus, some of the browser-tabs  seem to reload themselves
and end up in a dead end (at least, for galeon here), with a changed URL of 'wysiwyg://', 

Example: 
http://europa.eu.int/scadplus/leg/en/cig/g4000s.htm#s10
...turns into:
wyciwyg://3/http://europa.eu.int/scadplus/leg/en/cig/g4000s.htm#s10

...which doesn't load at all.
However, the original target page seems to be cached already. I can it by removing the 'wysiwyg' head from the URL.
