How to enable rsh server services

I would like to use remote access in rhn7.3 by rsh or rexec in my server 
with x-win32. How to config my server to service rsh? In my server, I'm 
install rsh-server 17-10 but not have rshd run in system when I config 
server services. It tell me must be enable rsh in xinetd but in directory 
"xinetd.d" has rsh file and in "/usr/sbin/" has in.rshd. How dose I can do?
