You email is a little confusing to me, perhaps some basic definitions are in order:
Neighbors are OSPF routers configured to broadcast/multicast (HELLO packets) within the *same* IP network segment (e.g. 192.168.1.0/24). Like actual neighbors within the same street. (This has nothing to do with routes.) Your diagram shows R1 being a neighbor of R2, and R2 being a neighbor of R3 but no other combinations?
Multipath is the ability to add multiple equal cost routes for the same destination, to an operating system's routing table. Like being able to choose multiple parallel streets to get between two towns. (This has nothing to do with neighbors.) Your diagram shows only a single route between R1 and R2, and another single route between R2 and R3?
