Back to the principles please:
I could not find that the reports proves EP lies.
It however proves that objectives of software development strategy seem to
be more important now than patenting of business methods.
Is it at all the linguistics around this business methods patenting clear
and correct? If so is it possible to patent way of doing the business
without complete destruction of the market?
If not how to reduce the misunderstanding? How the econophysics can apply
then thermodynamics to a market with reserved ways of doing and organization
of own business.
I think that mathematical reference of the apporach in both domains of
Economics and Physics is more easy to understand than authomatic mirroring
of physics into the economy. On the other hand thermodynamics is setting the
laws, and in particular patent law out of the scene.
