I've added actual PHP code to verify the little "Put something in the box"
so the submission doesn't work unles they have. I think it seems to
actually work as intended.

But, I'm going to change it by requiring a random number be entered by the
user to the box.  That should fool the Wiki spam bots and is being used by
the WikiWikiWeb at c2.com.

BH Wiki trolls should scream if I've broken something.
