I vote that BH should be moderated by a newly created Ministry of
Information.  This definitly most important post will be manned 24/7 and
take no shit from anyone.  I propose the following recommendation:

or something close to that.  i am thankful my C skills have declined, as
conversely my mental health has improved.  heh.  ;-)
