It's nonsensical to suggest that Camejo should speak at the Democratic
convention. I guess you think Cheney should be there too. Also, millions
of people don't have Obama's speaking talents and skills, which are
extremely rare. I saw Camejo debate during the California recall election,
and he sure as hell couldn't run circles around him.

Look, I'm not gonna bicker with you over what percentile of the population
this guy takes up w/r/t speaking talent, but I have said before, and will
say again, he is a very talented speaker. As are both Jesse Jackson and Al
Sharpton. When's the last time you saw the press take EITHER of them
seriously when they were actually raising issues, rather than simply
rah-rahing behind their anointed? Look, if you can't see the way this party
treats democracy (little d) like it's little whore, you're just not looking
very hard.

EXAMPLE: Portland Oregon's attempt to put Nader on the ballot was sabotaged
by the Democrats (big D), who took up seats in the auditorium (all the
signatures had to be obtained at one time and place) without planning to
sign, leading to actual supporters being turned away. Nader ended up missing
by 57 votes.

EXAMPLE: The Democrats have never ONCE spoken ill of the state of Israel -
how can they possibly say they represent democracy, yet support a repressive
regime which gives no power to THE ENTIRE POPULATION that was there before
they moved in?

EXAMPLE: Kerry, in his ever-so-invigorating-to-my-bullshit-liberal-mentality
speech last night, managed to actually discuss 2 policy items in his 50
minutes+ on stage. One was repealing the back-door draft: Good! He got one
right. But then he goes on to say that he's going to increase the amount of
active soldiers by 40,000 troops...BUT NOT IN IRAQ! Great, so...what?
Venezuela? Yeah, they have oil, and a democratically-elected president
(little d)...How's about Iran? Never liked them, and they have a little of
the crude themselves....

Look, if you want me to go on, I will, but I don't want to get fired for
spending my entire day working on your ignorant soccer-mom ass. Great, Kerry
wants to save "nature's cathedrals." What is he planning on doing about the
businesses we VERY ACTIVELY support in Indonesia, who are clear-cutting so
we can have that new rocker at Pier 1? He's not talking about that. He's not
GONNA DO anything about that. It's not in his party's interests.

I think you give yourself too much credit. The Dems aren't depressed, and I
imagine that ticks you off to no end. Looks like your man Bush is going
down, no matter how hard you work on his behalf.

Saying that I support Bush just because I'm not on Kerry's team is like
saying that if you don't like Oreo and Cream ice cream, you won't like
Hydrox and Cream. In fact, let me put it in John Kerry's words from last
night (couldn't have said it better myself):

"They say this is the best economy we've ever had. And they say that anyone
who thinks otherwise is a pessimist. Well, here is our answer: There is
nothing more pessimistic than saying America can't do better.

We can do better and we will. We're the optimists. For us, this is a country
of the future. "

And you know what? He's right on every point, which is what I've been
telling you the whole time. You say to me, as an indepent, ideological
voter, that I'm helping Bush by not helping Kerry. The same way that Malcolm
X was told by Many more centrist (read: spineless) activists of the time
that he was helping the racist forces in America by talking honestly. (and
no, I'm not comparing myself to Malcolm X, it's merely a good metaphor).
FUCK YOU - This is MY vote, I want Nader to win.

Saying that I'm working on behalf of Bush is an insult, and actually really
shows how ignorant and close-minded you (and most liberals) really are. In
case you weren't looking, you're supporting imperialists either way you go
with your illusory choice. Saying Nader is "stealing votes" shows how
brain-washed you really are: HOW CAN HE STEAL VOTES? I'm begging Kerry to
steal them back. Pick up an issue I CARE ABOUT, rather than the bullshit
rhetoric that your bon-bon eating ass loves so much. Here's a list:

-Corporate Taxation needs to be RESTRUCTURED; not tinkered with
-Take a stand and actually SUPPORT gay rights rather than giving them weak
lip service
-Change 3 strike laws, eliminate the death penalty, and destroy mandatory
sentencing for non-violent crimes
-Allow growth of industrial hemp, which would help you with saving "nature's
cathedrals"
-assured equality of pay for women

There's a million more. Once the democratic party actually does something on
any of the issues I'm thinking of, I'll listen. Until then, I am gonna be
frustrated and angry, which you were right about. It does make me angry. I
feel like your a bunch of Stepford politicos or something, smiling and
accepting this bullshit. What did John Kerry really say last night? It was
rah-rah bullshit, and it's a smokescreen. Just like "throwing away his
medal." It's OK cuz it was FAKE?! What is that bullshit?

More than anything, though, I want you to know that my hatred of the
Democrats(tm) is only surpassed by my hatred of the Republicans, and if you
don't think I realize that W. is the worst thing to happen to this country
in a long time, I don't know what mailing list you've been on. I guess I
kind of look at it like a Maoist - The people in power give us just enough
to keep enough of us happy that we don't revolt. The shortest way to
overthrow the entire inherently bad system is not to push up, because there
are ignoramuses such as yourself who will take their shit and smile, but
rather to remove what makes you happy. The Shining Path use this to justify
horrible things, like the destruction of hospitals and the like, hoping to
build resentment within the people. That's a little extreme, although the
democrats, once in office, have actively supported worse...Regardless, on a
physical scale, that is a dangerous philosophy, but on a political level, it
works very well.

Just look how much time your party's spent on yelling at me when you've got
all the reason in the world to be as loud as possible. But that's not the
moderate thing to do. Which is what your party is now, the moderate party.
You're better than the right, but that means nothing. Bush is better than
Hitler (maybe).

I just find it amusing that while your generation spends my social security
on taxbreaks for you while making me pay back student loans in the tens of
thousands of dollars, you want me to smile about it. Your liberal bullshit
may work for the middle class, with the tube-fed TV and microwave
mac-n-cheese, but the lower class needs more. Your party does not benefit
from their vote, and so the disenfranchisement continues.

So serve your middle class all you want, but keep it out of my ideology, and
don't you dare tell me I'm supporting the guy I hate the most just cuz I
don't like yours. The REAL majority - the 60% who DON'T vote because they
don't have anybody speaking to them - and I will keep working in spite of
your ignorant objections.
