Except that Luxembourg's in the E.U. The banking there, as well, is mostly
international. Marco's Dad (for those of you who know Marco) is a VP for
First-a Bank-a of-a Italy (or something like that), and he lives in
Luxembourg. Marco lived with him for a while and said that Luxembourg is a
basically a city in France for all intents and purposes. 

Maybe if we could secede without pissing off the U.S., so we could trade
with them, as Luxembourg does the E.U. and others, we could succeed in that
mold. Otherwise, we're done.
