I'm not an expert, so take this information accordingly.  I'm fairly
certain that it would indeed be fraudulent to vote in NH if you aren't
maintaining the residence in NH that you used to register.  Even if you
move within a state, you are supposed to vote in the precinct that you
maintain your primary residence.   If you move, it's your obligation to
change your voter registration.  There are exceptions for ex-patriots
living abroad.  Also, I think most (if not all) states allow students to
opt to vote in their home state OR the state in which they are currently
living to attend school.

Anyone know what consists of voter fraud?

On account of, currently I'm registered in NH.  I moved back to Mass 
this summer and haven't re-registered.  Can/should I vote in NH this 
november or will I be arrested?
