I'm not an expert, so take this information accordingly. I'm fairly certain that it would indeed be fraudulent to vote in NH if you aren't maintaining the residence in NH that you used to register. Even if you move within a state, you are supposed to vote in the precinct that you maintain your primary residence. If you move, it's your obligation to change your voter registration. There are exceptions for ex-patriots living abroad. Also, I think most (if not all) states allow students to opt to vote in their home state OR the state in which they are currently living to attend school. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Nick Bonfatti Sent: October 09, 2004 12:28 AM To: list for the ballistic helmet heads Subject: [ballistichelmet] Voter Fraud Anyone know what consists of voter fraud? On account of, currently I'm registered in NH. I moved back to Mass this summer and haven't re-registered. Can/should I vote in NH this november or will I be arrested? _______________________________________________ heads mailing list [email protected] http://your.ballistichelmet.org/mailman/listinfo/heads/ http://ballistichelmet.org/donate/ _______________________________________________ heads mailing list [email protected] http://your.ballistichelmet.org/mailman/listinfo/heads/ http://ballistichelmet.org/donate/
