Friends, Can't make the meeting on Friday night, I have a previous commitment. Again, I usually need more than a day or 2 notice for meetings. I will try to schedule a siteplan meeting in the next week or 2, but I am out of town Wed & Thurs of the next 2 weeks. At that time I will catch everyone up on where we are. Suffice it to say I am writing the document. The process side has come into focus, but the fuel pump for BlueSky and the Coop is still sticky. I need some dialogue with Brian on that. Suffice it to say we can't do anything permanent until the city reviews and approves a complete long term plan of what we want to do on site. Since the all the codes regard us as a refinery (literally) this is no small task. **** There should be no problem putting up the roof and pushing some gravel around, as long as we all understand that it is temporary **** We need to discuss the power situation. Since we are non-residential, all the electrical work must be done by a contractor. There is/was an offer on the table for one-time free electrical labor from a contractor - at one point we agreed to do the whole mess at once. I have a suggestion for that. There was also a budget of $1100 for upgrades to the processor and site. Don't know where we are on that budget, but I expect we will burn thru that in parts for the electrical in short order. Money is a big issue. I know I have stated that I am close to completeing the review in the past, but I am now typing the preliminary document......
