Critical: fuel quality

First of all, I want to make it clear that I have every confidence in
the quality of our fuel, and that I think you all are doing an
incredible job.  [Round of applause please]

At the board meeting last night we heard unconfirmed reports of some
possible bad experiences with co-op fuel.  I need to know ASAP the names
of anyone claiming this so we can get to the bottom of it.

Secondly, we need to have our fuel tested immediately.  Whether there
was an issue with our fuel or not.  We need to demonstrate we are
testing our fuel, and regularly.  This is not an option.  Jeff from
Sunbreak said that someone going by "The Trouts" on the biodiesel
infopop.cc board was doing testing, so that may be a lead.  I posess a
copy of the D-5761 ASTM biodiesel fuel spec if we need it and the test
are summarized here:

I would like to see a deadline from the mixmasters on when we will have
tested fuel.  If I don't get a deadline by the end of next week, I will
set one and shut down fuel distribution until we're tested.
