Yes.  There is a single dispenser on the site that can accomodate two
fuel inputs, each to their own separate meter and pump.  Bluesky is
about to deploy an open source automated credit card/debit card system
to control one of the pump/meter systems.  The idea is for the co-op to
use basically the same automated system and link it to the Carma Tracker
database.

Felix is going to provide a basic plan that the city can sign off on,
once I have that Bluesky will deploy.
