thanks for prompting me on suggested responses. That was hilarious.

Sorry, right now with my time in making sure our site development happens properly and busy work schedule, I donj't feel I can commit to much in the way of making fuel. I WILL though in the near future (like late Nov and Dec). If I can make it though, I will try to show up for the mixmaster planning mtg and Board mtg.

Pete

Subject: [mixmasters] November Fuel Making

There was a meeting scheduled with a small group of people (mixmaster potential leads) for tomorrow, Wed Nov 1, to sit down with a calendar and commit to some days for making fuel. I've decided that for the time being, it might be good to open up the scheduling process to the mixmaster list, because my original target list is smaller than those who have since expressed interest in making fuel.

SO, even though you weren't originally informed about tomorrow's scheduling meeting, I would like to extend the invitation for you to give me dates and times you'd like to come make fuel in November.

Don't worry about how much you know at this point. I will review requests and schedule people together in a way that ensures we have enough knowledge on site to make fuel for that day. I might get back to you with requests for alternate days, so give me as many potential days as possible and then let me know how many days/month you can commit to making fuel.

Example:

Hi Zac. I could come down and make fuel on monday, nov 7th from 6-9pm. I can also make fuel on the 2nd and 4th saturdays, but I can only come down from noon-3pm. Signed, knowledgeable and ready.

Hi Zac. I don't know how to make fuel. How can I learn? I'm available most weeknights, but I can't commit to more than a few days a month. Signed, interested but uneducated.

Hi Zac. I've helped make fuel, but I don't know if I feel comfortable making it without Tom there, because he's so big and strong and really knows his stuff. What do I do? Signed, Confused and timid.

****The key to the success of the coop is regular fuel production. Without it, everything else is infrastructure and support. The key to regular fuel production is scheduling production in advance so we know we can meet our fuel quota. If you have ANY interest in making fuel or learning the process this month, NOW is the time to speak up.*****
