First of all, emulsion is caused by... Thanks for your thoughts, girl mark. Didn't know you were lurking on our list, but you expertise is always welcome. All- I suggest we implement the 3/27 test for complete reaction immediately as it appears from the data provided that this test is the best there is short of a ASTM test run, which we don't have access to. I have read the article on breaking emulsions before, but never used it. Sounds easy, but I think we are talking about 200 gallons of goo - time consuming to recover, but we need to do it. Happily we have plenty of byproduct on hand! It's always a pleasure learning from the experts and thanks again, Felix Kersting
