The budget on the second wash tank should be nil: we have the tote,
pump and virtually all the piping. There might be $30 to $50 worth of
additional valves and pipe but no big deal.

I will try to knock this out the week or 7/16.

For the next board meeting, please discuss the following site
equipment repairs:

1) second washer
2) dryer updates
3) purchasing CaCl (Calcium Chloride) for emulsion breaking

1) We want to build a second washer, so we can catch up on washing
fuel. We have a tote slated to convert, we just need to get a go ahead
from the board to build it. It will not affect current wash
procedures.

This involves just putting a hose on the dryer inlet. We have to do
this before we can resume using the dryer.
