Critical mixmaster meeting 7/31 7pm

Hello everyone-

I, and the rest of the board are deeply grateful for all of the hard
work that has been going on down at the site, efforts getting our
systems working, improving testing, and getting things done.  And we're
all tired of the goofs and issues we've been having.  I'm convinced that
a lack of a formal process for what we're doing is at the root of our
problems.

We're going to fix that.  The board is calling an all mixmasters on deck
meeting one week from today at 7pm, Tuesday 7/31.  In the meeting we're
going to implement a formal, documented process for
washing/drying/distribution as well as a process for any (I repeat, ANY)
changes to the site.  Once these processes are in place we're going to
continuously and collaboratively improve them, but any deviations from
the existing process will carry serious consequences.  I'm confident
that this will put us on track for regular, predictable fuel production.

I know this is only one week notice, and that we all have
responsibilities.  If you care about the co-op, set aside time to attend
this critical meeting.

Note, the location is NOT at the site but at the same place where we
have board meetings:

On 8/14 we'll have our first monthly operations meeting as well at the
same location and time, to tentatively follow every month on the second
Tuesday at 7pm thereafter.  The board meeting will follow immediately
after every operations meeting and continue to meet every other Tuesday
night at 6:30.
