Since the first pump was donated, paying for the new one should be in the budget for the 2d wash tank.

I don't think Zan donated those pumps, like the rest of us, he can't 
figure out how to get reimbursed.

The water heater we used to use is 30 gallons.  If we are going thru the 
water in the 120, the 30 won't serve as much  of a backup.

Let's have a discussion about how much water of what temperature we are 
using for washing.  We don't have enough power to recover water heaters 
quickly.  It sounds to me like we need a mixing valve to make sure we 
aren't wasting hot water.

I will review on site tomorrow night.  Also, did someone drain the 120 
water heater from the bottom?  There's no reason the element should have 
blown as it was only 2 months old.
