I've got Zan's receipt and will submit to Kathy with the  
reimbursement form.

Here is a standard rule of thumb. A water heater needs to have a  
steady water supply. Period. We've gone through too many heating  
elements accidentally. We will never avoid the possibility of burning  
out a heating element in any other fashion than to hard-plump our  
heaters.

Each wash is going to use 35 gallons, if we drain to the 15 gallon  
mark each time. We are using 50 gallons at a time. So we get two hot  
washes out of the big 80 gallon hot water heater.

We need a second heater, especially once we set up the second wash tote.

1) We need to discuss ways we can use less water, ie a slower pump  
that allows us to move a smaller amount of water more slowly. For the  
immediate future, we can plan on throttling the pump way back.

2) We could look into a continuous flow heater that will heat any  
water going into the wash tote.

Any other ideas?
