Brian,

The Oregon Biofuels Network page which lists Portland biodiesel sources 
still lists Industrological as a bulk source, you might want to update 
them.  Also, the co-op sources page doesn't list Carson Oil as a 
cardlock location in NW Portland:  http://www.carsonoil.com/   Can I 
login to edit that page, or is it inaccessible to me?

Nick, check our FAQ, I think it answers your questions.  You must be a
member of the co-op to buy co-op fuel.
