Nick,

You can mix biodiesel and petrodiesel in any percentage in your fuel 
tanks.  B20 and B99 are commonly available at the public pumps in 
Portland, which you will find locations for here:  
http://www.biofuels4oregon.org/users/buybiodiesel

Another cardlock and bulk source not listed there yet is 
http://www.carsonoil.com/  It's on NW 35th on Portland, and is the 
least expensive source for commercially produced biodiesel that I know 
of.
