Didn't Sequential start purchasing biodiesel from sources out of state 
because the demand was too high for it to be supplied by Oregon 
produced biodiesel?  That's what I read.

The fuel at the carson pump comes from the midwest, whereas all other
pumps in Portland have fuel made in Oregon.  If you want to support our
local economy, buying fuel made in Oregon is a great way to do that.
