If "won't turn over" means it won't crank, and If you are reasonably 
confident removing the battery terminals (you need a 7/16" & 1/2" wrench 
and safety goggles), take the batterie(s) to Schucks on ~60th and 
Sandy.  They will charge it and do a load test to see if the battery is 
any good - FOR FREE!  Charging can take an hour or two.  Be respectful 
and buy a battery from them if it's bad, you won't spend more than $20 
over Costco prices and that's a bunch cheaper than the $85 to $90/hour 
that a mechanic will charge.

If you have done any maintenance on this truck, you understand that 
these are big whoppin' batteries and you should be prepared to spend $70 
- $100 each (I think Fords have 2 like my Dodge). 

Les Schwab will perform the same service if you can get the truck there, 
but if isn't a battery problem, you need to drag it away!  Be prepared 
to pay more for "Less".
