the other thing I just thought of is that the concrete (and perhaps the black berries) can be posted in the "free" section on craig's list with the addition of "you pick up". I am sorry that it took so long to remeber this. I have seen concrete (AKA urbanite) listed there this way, and I got free rose bushes for my project on craigslist.org.
