I have a card for the Star Oilco pumps; I used to use the one at 17th and Holgate occasionally and it was very convenient for me. I stopped using it since we (co-op) were finally making fuel, and Jay's garage started selling b99 and is reasonably convenient for me. Both the application and use of the card are easy.
