RE: paying road taxes on biofuels

Could you elaborate a bit more on the statement below?  What is the change
that is being considered?  I appreciate your input.

I believe the state legislature is considering changing this for ASTM
spec biodiesel, but I doubt homebrewers or small producers will be
included unless there is a major grassroots effort.
