Re: paying road taxes on biofuels

If the gas tax goes to road maintenance exclusively,
my BS monitor's preliminary alarm is sounding. I would
say there is quite a lot of money collected from gas
tax and the roads do not seem all that great, at least
they do not match the sum of money my minds eye sees.
If it is not exclusively for roads, I don't know what
it is being spent on. I don't see alt forms of energy
or anything else of great importance that would
justify that sum of money paid by tax payers.
