bad fuel mileage on BioD

This may also have to do with what kind of metering is used when he 
fills his tank.  Without exact metering, or measuring (like out of a 5 
gal fuel can, mileage will be imprecise at best.

Unless he knows how much he puts in, the mileage will only be a guess.
