I haven't heard of it, but I know there are issues with ultrasonic 
radiation - don't want to get too much.  also, look into how much energy 
is involved to generate and focus ultrasound.  there are lots of ways to 
put too much energy into the process and get a negative return (kinda 
like corn ethanol!).
