I haven't heard anything about using any part of the audible spectrum
for reacting biodiesel.

Our company has done testing using Microwave radiation to react
biodiesel with good success. Recently I saw an article in Biodiesel
Magazine talking about a couple of people at the University of
Connecticut who have developed a system called MARS (Microwave
Accelerated Reaction System) for processing biodiesel in a continuous
stream. They don't reveal to many specifics in the article, but if you
have any questions about our research, ask away.

This shouldn't be confused with MST (Microwave Seperation Technology),
which uses a 915 Mhz field to help break emulsions an improve
settling.
