New Training Coordinator

Hello to Everyone:

Please disregard my previous message.  Apparently my new MacBook Pro handles spell checking a little differently than my PC.

I am your new Training Coordinator and would like to introduce myself. I would also like to inform everyone of some of the training opportunities we are working on right now as well as open the door to any training that you would like to see offered this coming year.

I have lived in Los Alamos since 1992. I am currently the Director of Training for PTLA and manage all of the Protective Force training and the Live Fire Range facilities at LANL. I have been an NRA Instructor for many years and also have been a Rangemaster at Gunsite for the last 19 years. I am still active instructing at Gunsite teaching pistol, shotgun and carbine courses as well as advanced tactical training. 

We are planning on conducting a couple of NRA Home Firearms Safety courses this Fall. Please contact me if you have an interest in this course.

I have also had a request to sponsor an NRA Personal Protective Instructor Course. I am working on the availability of the instructor. Please contact me if you are interested in attending this instructor certification course.

Please feel free to contact me with any training related issue associated with LASC.
