=07> Senate Bill 111, could be brought before the House Judiciary Committee
late this afternoon or this evening!

 

HB 588, sponsored by Representative John Heaton (D-55), would allow
Concealed Handgun Licensees to protect themselves in establishments that
sell alcohol for off-premises consumption.  

 

SB 111, sponsored by Senator Stuart Ingle (R-27), is the Senate companion
bill to HB 588.  

 

Please contact members of the House Judiciary Committee and urge them to
support HB 588 & SB 111.
