dnscache-conf Gdnscache Gdnslog /etc/dnscache

Dear all,
	I have spent a little while trying to figure this out, including
reading http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/run-cache.html several times & I cannot
make head nor tail of it!

The instructions on http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/run-cache.html in part 3 state:

:3. As root, create an /etc/dnscache service directory:
     dnscache-conf Gdnscache Gdnslog /etc/dnscache
This directory contains logs and a few configuration files that you can
change later."

So what does this mean:

1) mkdir /etc/dnscache
touch /etc/dnscache/dnscache-conf && chown Gdnscache
/etc/dnscache/dnscache-conf
chown Gdnslog /etc/dnscache/dnscache-conf  # Does not make any sense.

3) Does it mean,
mkdir /etc/dnscache
echo "dnscache-conf Gdnscache Gdnslog >/etc/dnscache/dnscache-conf

4) Does it mean:
mkdir /etc/dnscache
touch /etc/dnscache/dnscache-conf
touch /etc/dnscache/Gdnslog
touch /etc/dnscache/Gdnscache

And so on.  I know that Gdnscache and Gdnslog are users and these I have
created.

Would someone please enlighten me?
