I have just done more proofreading and have sent off more suggestions.

Two quibbles:

Even if Ana had liked this suggestion of pointing out planned
obsolescence, English usage would be to say "incurring the same
problem" rather than "incurring in the same problem."

I have only seen the news item, not the actual content of the
Refund4Freedom initiative. However, it seems to me that for the FSFE
to demand that manufacturers improve their refund policies and
procedures is a very different matter from users going to the
manufacturers and demanding refunds themselves. My undestanding
Refund4Freedom provides resources for those who wish to apply for
refunds, without itself demanding -- or urging, or even necessarily
encouraging -- that users demand refunds. Even a first demand
requires effort; beyond that, there is no upper limit.

Telling the story of Luca Bonissi is one thing. Telling people that
they ought to put in so much time, trouble, and expense that a judge
might award thousands of euros of punitive damages in sympathy is
quite another matter.

Is there a source of the postcard text as it is being developed and we
approach the target time of Wednesday morning (your time, not mine, a
quarter of the way around the globe)? A webpreview, or successive
drafts?
