Yes I figured it out a second _after_ asking you the same question.

again, I figured out _after_ sending the email...

sorry -again- I figured it out after sending my message (yes I am a bit
precipitous) that actually there ARE credits for the translators but, as
you wrote, it's not automatic...

Exactly my point.

Two very good questions.

Good idea. Ideally via weblate for the translation
we shoud have a section that is common to _all_ versions followed
by a second section to be modified for every language.

That would be useful because, it's not always clear which infos are to be
deleted for the new language edition and which are to be preserved.

Example, in page 2 (hoping I divided the common / local info correcty):

Common version:

Author: Matthias Kirschner
Illustrator: Sandra Brandstätter
Color Assistance: Olga Biryukova, Noémi Sárkány, Nathalie Scattolon, Kristina Haidinger, and Jasmin Schlögl

Ideally the second part should not be translated but deleted and
substituted with more appropriate text for every language.

Finally in one of the end pages a weblate string to be customized by the
translators preferences for the thanks and credits

These two sections should have a guiding comment in weblate to guide the
translators in the customization process.
