This is a "second hour" response to your last-minute request.

You and I are lucky. I have only limited plans for today, so that I expect
to be able to proofread this Legal Corner news article later today and
tonight, and have my suggestions in your hands by early morning in Europe.

We are also lucky in that I have glanced at the news article (reading it on
webpreview, but not yet proofreading it) and find that it is remarkably
well written. So I do not expect to have as many suggestions as usual to
make when I do proofread it carefully.

A third element of luck is that Henning Lammert has already proofread the
article and made numerous suggestions. Thank you, Henning.

This means, however, that I now have three versions of the news article
that I must deal with in my proofreading: Ana's xhtml file, Henning's
later and presumably improved xhtml file, and the webpreview. The
webpreview is the easiest to read, and I plan to do my proofreading on it
for that reason. But it is inherently a moving target, containing Ana's
original source, Henning's suggestions, and -- by the time I am reading it
-- perhaps some still later thoughts.

But I do plan to work on this later today and tonight.
