Re: [needs translation and proofread] February newsletter

Thank you.  I have reviewed the changes you made, and have only one
suggestion to make about them.  Last night, I wrote:

7.  alt text ""Toot showing pictures from the Braille machine with
three men posing"  I suggest replacing "Toot" with "Mastodon post."  I
do not use Mastodon, but an internet search suggests that the term
"toot" is being supplanted by "post" because the word has several
other -- and unfortunate -- slang meanings.

You replaced "Toot" with "Mastodon too."  I think "too" should be "post"

It is excellent that not only was able to proofread your earlier
version of the newsletter, but I was able to proofread your later
version (which included my suggestions amd more).

I was amused to see that among the good "small modifications" you made
that I had not suggested, I saw that you changed

          Commission and Data Rights.</p>

to

          Commission and the Data Rights organisation.</p>

I found this amusing because I had considered making exactly the same
suggestion last night.  I had not been familiar with the organization
called Data Rights, and thought that saying that there were
representatives from "the Commission and Data Rights" looked strange.
But I went to the Internet, and looked up

     "data rights" organization

and found that Data Rights is indeed a European non-profit
organization.  So I decided that most readers of the newsletter would
know about the organization and that I should not make that
suggestion.

This is just one instance of the fact that, in addition to making
suggestions, I spend a quite a lot of my proofreading time deciding
not to make suggestions.
