English usage. (b) I suggest replacing "president" with "President." The title deserves capitalization, although it is not compulsory. 2. Remove the space between "Act" and the comma. Insert a space between the comma and "together." 5. "The European Union is about to reform the telecom sector with the proposed Digital Networks Act.
