I hope that the message that I had posted with the title "some
guidelines for whom who wanna start HDLs learning!" might serve as a
partial bridging for the gap you have in resources about HDls.
We would like you to share us the specs of this "IP engine ", SO we can
provide and support you with definite answers for your questions. It
seems that you are still addressing your design from a high level of
abstractions. We need to know more details. I recommend that You post
the specs or direct us to its link and then we can start the
brainstorming with you ..

research .
